Our community has been self managed for many years by its homeowners. We plan to continue to do so to keep our CAM dues low and save money to all homeowners. We are governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the Homeowners to manage the community affairs including the enforcement of the By-Laws. All Board members are volunteers and are not receiving any monetary compensation. Prestige Accounting Inc has been approved by the Board to handle our financial matters reporting directly to the Board.
