Parkland Homes - Budget meeting Reminder

Dear Parkland Homes at Addison Estates Homeowner,

This is to inform you that a very important Homeowners Association meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Veterans Building in Mullins Park. The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. Develop, discuss and approve the Association budget for 2026,

2. Discuss and approve the HOA fees for 2026, and

3. Approve the slate of Officers and Board Members for 2026.

Your input is very important for all three of these matters as there will be discussion about a possible raise in 2026 HOA fees due to an increase in Association expenses. We are also seeking homeowners to serve on the Board.

This is your neighborhood and your Association. Please make every effort to attend this meeting.
