Dear Parkland Homes at Addison Estates Homeowner,
We would like to remind you that the First quarter HOA Board meeting will be held next Wednesday, Jan 14th, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Veterans Building in Mullins Park (agenda attached). Your attendance is greatly appreciated and your input is extremely important.
Please remember that the dues for 2026 was increased to $275 per quarter and your HOA dues were due Jan 1st, 2026 and any payments received after Jan 15th 2026 will incur a late fee of $25.
