It is that time of year again when the Board needs to approve the Association budget and HOA fees for 2025. At the last meeting on October 23, 2024, the Board discussed expenses for 2025 including landscape maintenance, property management fees, insurance premium, and various other monthly and annual expenses. There were a few homeowners at the meeting, but unfortunately, it was a small representation of homeowners. Please make every attempt to attend this IMPORTANT Meeting so you can provide input into the budget and HOA fees for 2025.
