As we approach the third quarter of 2024, we need to start to think about the new year ahead. This includes planning for the 2025 budget, HOA fees, and Board members and officers. The next meeting is an important meeting and will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Veterans Building at Mullins Park on Coral Springs Drive. It is extremely important for all homeowners to attend this meeting. The following is the agenda for the meeting.
