HOA Meeting November 15th Agenda

There will be a Special meeting of the Parkland Homes at Addison Estates Homeowners

Association on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Veterans Building in Mullins

Park. The following topics will be discussed:

2024 Budget and HOA Fees

We will be reviewing and discussing the 2024 budget along with the 2024 HOA fees.

Landscaping Improvement Project – Entrance and wall

There will be a final review and discussion about the two proposed designs. The Board will also

be reviewing the submitted estimates/bids provided by local landscaping companies. The

expectation is to determine next steps to proceed with this project.

Please plan on attending as these are important topics that affect the entire community. The

Board welcomes the input and support of homeowners.
