Future Board Meetings

In our July 1018 meeting, it was decided that the Board will meet once per quarter for the 2018-2019 season until further notice.

The current meeting schedule is:

Q4 2018: Monday, October 1, 2018

Q1 2019: Monday, January 7, 2019

Q2 2019: Monday, April 1, 2019

Q3 2019: Monday July 1, 2019

Q4 2019: Monday October 1, 2019

Location: Veteran Hall  at Mullins Park, Coral Springs  (behind the Coral Springs Gymnasium on park grounds, behind the Royal Palm Plaza shopping center)

It was decided that the Board would get together on the first Monday of every quarter going forward. Below is the tentative schedule for 2018-2019 time frame:

A  new  Architecture Committee has been formed. This committee will now be responsible for:

a) Home inspection to ensure compliance
b) Process Exterior Modification requests from homeowners

 Attention Homeowners !!!

Avoid Violations !!!

Please read your HOA By-Laws before doing any additions or modifications to the exterior of your home. These changes include Fences, Painting, pools, and/or any structure to be erected on your property.

All additions or modifications must be submitted to the Board for approval. Your submission shall include full architectural sketch of any new structure as well as paint swatches in the planned colors.

Violations can trigger fines as allowed by the By-laws. Also, in case of a planned sale of any property, all known violations will be listed in the Estoppel letter so that buyer and seller can be notified of such violations before closing.
